Uploaded Photos & AI Processing

When you upload a photo of your room, here is exactly what happens to it:

• Processing. Your photo is sent to our AI image processor (fal.ai) to create the redesigned version. It is used only to generate your design.
• What we store. Your uploaded photo and our record of the result are stored for up to 30 days, solely to power your private result link (/r/...), and are deleted from our systems automatically after that.
• Where generated images live. Generated images are produced and served by our AI processing provider's content network; we store only the link. We instruct the provider, on every generation request, to expire the generated image after the same 30-day window and not to retain the request data that contains your photo. We are moving image hosting fully in-house so that one deletion removes everything.
• Link-based access. Result links are unlisted and protected by a random identifier. Anyone who has the link can view that result — treat the link like the picture itself when sharing.
• No training by us. We never use your photos to train AI models, never sell them, and never publish them unless you share your link yourself.
• Earlier deletion. Want a result removed before it expires? Email hello@aibedroomdesign.com with the result link and we will delete our stored copy and result record.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
